Donald Trump is, as we speak, about to have what is sure to be a disastrous summit with North Korean dictator Kim Jong-Un. As the world waits on tenterhooks to see if the orange manbaby-in-chief will get us all into a nuclear war with his erratic behavior, something else seems to have happened: One of his top economic advisers, Larry Kudlow, seems to have suffered a heart attack.
Now, common sense would dictate that this is a grave and serious situation. Despite any political disagreements we might have with Mr. Kudlow, we wish him a speedy recovery. However, as bad as that news is, the way the world is learning this news is even worse: via Donald Trump’s Twitter feed.
Our Great Larry Kudlow, who has been working so hard on trade and the economy, has just suffered a heart attack. He is now in Walter Reed Medical Center.

It seems that the news is breaking — most outlets reporting it are basing their information on Trump’s tweet, not hospital reports — and it is highly likely that Trump told the world this news before Kudlow’s family even had a chance to be notified by Walter Reed Medical Center in Washington.
Any sensible, reasonable human being would never release such information without family notifications first. It is why when we have these all too common mass shootings, we never hear the names of the victims and potential victims right away – so that the families can be notified. But, as we all know, we are not dealing with a normal, sensible person when it comes to the current sitting so-called “president.”
Trump should know that this is not the kind of news one releases on Twitter with no further details, and with no apparent family notification. According to Bloomberg, no one in Kudlow’s orbit could be reached for comment. On top of that, all of this is happening as the world’s nuclear fate is about to be decided between two of the most volatile, unstable tinpot despots the world has seen in modern history.
Just when we thought things were as bad as they could get, Trump makes them worse.
Godspeed, Mr. Kudlow. May you recover fully, and may your family be well during this difficult time. We only wish they did not have to find out such grave news via Twitter.
